Manar is a paralegal at Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants, based in the firms’ Abu Dhabi office, she is a member of both the Litigation and Corporate Team. Manar focuses on commercial agreements including Articles of Associations, board resolutions, company establishment and assists with case management and conducting extensive legal research in labour, civil, and criminal disputes as well as various other litigation procedures.
Prior to Galadari, Manar has completed a wide range of legal internships in the region with prominent companies and law firms namely KPMG, Al Tamimi & Co and Wall Street Exchange LLC. She is experienced in contract review, amendment and drafting of corporate documents, examination of case files and legal research within the jurisdiction of the UAE and England & Wales.
Manar was a awarded a First-Class LL.B. Honours degree from Middlesex University Dubai and has completed a dissertation on International Law. She has also participated in multiple world-renowned advocacy competitions including the Philip C Jessup International Moot Court Competition and was the winner of the First Regional Emirates Maritime Arbitration Centre Competition. During her studies, she has fulfilled several roles including the, president of the MDX Mooting Society, the first of its kind in the region, Student Learning Assistant and Mentor.
