Mohamed is a paralegal at Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants, based in the firms’ Dubai office. He directly assists Partner Mojahed Al Sebae and is a member of the Intellectual Property team as well as assisting the translation team. Mohamed specialises in supporting with the formation of onshore and offshore companies, legal research, trademarks registration, design protection, legal opinions on various legal matters, personal status matters and commercial agreements.
Prior to Galadari, Mohamed was a paralegal and translator at Landmark Group in Dubai for 9 years, where he oversaw all legal translations and assisted with litigations and corporate matters. His role involved preparing memos in connection with labour and rental matters, preparing legal documents like MOA, sale shares agreements and other such documents.
During his time with Galadari Mohamed has supported the IP team with a wide range of clients which include; the government of one of the Emirates of the UAE, a well-known clothing and footwear brand, an entertainment complex a member of the Dubai ruling family.
Mohamed passed Egyptian Bar Examination in 2019. He achieved his bachelor’s degree in Art from Menofia University and his bachelor’s degree in law from Banha University in Egypt.
